Now they think my father-in-law may have pneumonia? he's being transferred to his regular cancer hospital. is this a really bad sign?

Hi...am not really sure...but it is a good sign that he is being sent to a hospital that knows his situation...and him better...good thoughts being sent your way....also remember w/ any disease....your body is a bit more compromised...and can get sicker 9colds, flu, pnuemonia, etc) easier...not necessarily a bad sign...take care...c

It's not necessarily a bad sign but, my dad did not need oxygen and get around pretty well before he got pneumonia. After that, he went downhill fast, needed oxygen before he came home from the hospital. He was in the hospital for 6 days with it. Once he came out, he went downhill quick and died within about a month.
I am sorry to post this as I know I sound very negative, I just want to give you a true experience. My dad might be a different case.
