I had an unnormal pap smear last month. I have a follow-up appt tomorrow in which I suspect that a biopsy will be done. My period started this morning. Do I have to call and reschedule the appt?

I think you will need to reschedule. At least call the dr office and ask so that it's not a wasted appointment. Waiting one more week will do no harm.
