I have been doing my BBT daily the same time daily. I thought my DH & I may have missed my O bc we only had productive BD the morning B4 I ovulated and got my temp rise. I am CD 25 and 11OPD. I noticed on my chart bc I am using software to b more precise with it that on 6DPO I had a dip in my temp then another thermal shift again w rising temps. Giving me three thermal shifts in this cycle which isn't over yet. I am extremely tired, fatiqued, frequently needing to urinate, experiencing irritability, I've even notice as well as the household that I'm gassy:(. The kicker is smells are driving me nuts! My DH talked me into taking a HPT this morning and it was a BFN:confused:. So, alittle disappointed but still feeling blah!
Can anyone help me with this one? Does Triphasic mean anything or any advice? AF is due in 5days. Anxiety is starting to run high, although I'm trying to stay relaxed and not think about it but as we all kw THAT is EXTREMELY hard to do!!! Plz Help!
Any input wld help!

Triphasic does mean 3 different levels in temperature and yes, it can indicate pregnancy, but it is not necessarily fool-proof. It sounds like you Bd'd right before you ovulated, which is good because sperm can live in the vagina for a few days if conditions are right.
I'd test again in 5-7 days closer to when your period is due or wait until after. You may have gotten the bfn because the HCG hormone may not be at a high enough level yet.
Good luck and keep us posted :-)
