a little over 2 weeks ago, i had protected sex with a girl i knew, and just today my left testical started to hurt, but i'm not sure if its from wearing tight boxers, the pain is not continuous, it has only been hurting today, and the pain has subsided after i changed boxers. I do not have any red or white bumps anywhere on or around my genital area, i have just been worried if i have an STD or not, can someone please give me their incite?

Protected meaning condom?
In that case, unless there was some direct genital contact before/after condom, I wouldn't worry about it unless you get some other symptoms.
