There are many things you can do. Personally I like to cut up fresh veggies like cucumbers, celery, carrots and place them on the coffee table in the tv room so my two year old can snack on. You can do that and give them some dip so it makes it more fun. Other times I cut up fruit, some crackers, mixed nuts, dry fruit.
I also love to bake so I make low fat / low sugar breads like zucchini bread or apple bread and do the same thing, cut it up and place it where she can snack on whenever she wants too.
I have found that getting her involved in cooking makes her more apt to eat new things. For example squash is out now and she wouldn't touch it or eat it cooked. So the other day we prepared it together and she was much more interested in the meal.
Good luck and kuddos on making positive changes in their diet.

I found organic mini chocolate chip cookies that I give my daughter. I also use carrot sticks with ranch, cheese and crakers, organic ice cream, variety of fruit like watermelon, red grapes, strwberries, and apple slices served with some organic yogurt to dip it in. (I tend to buy mostly organic products because they are free of chemicals.) Cereal can also be a great snack, like MultiGrain Cheerios, or Corn Flakes with cut up strawberries or bananas in it.

That sounds really good! I always wondered if that organic stuff was good, it sounds like it would definitely be better then the regular food.
I do think thats why the kids get sick alot im sure those chemical cant be good on them.
Ill look into that!
Thank you, Tee
