Sadly no, some of us have been regularly plucking our grey hairs for decades.

the only sure way of getting rid of the grey is to shave your hair like i do

I think it depends on how weak the hair follicle is to begin with?. Some people after long continuous plucking may find that the hair doesn't grow back.

I used to have two gray hairs on my head and I plucked them just a couple times and now they have never grown back in a couple years. Not sure what that is all about but I think I won't pluck anymore when I start to get more grays again my hair is too thin as it is.
