I was rather suprised this worked! I've been in a lot of pain since my wisdom teeth came out and even the pain meds sometimes didn't do enough. I tried something that sounded crazy enough to work, just a drop of tobasco sauce swirled around my mouth. Instant results! I can't believe it, but the pain just disappeared, even though it's been bothering me for hours!

I am glad it worked but I seriously have to tease.
Was this like the old saying. You stub your toe and someone says "Let me step on your other foot so you forget the one hurting? Hot sauce. OMG! The pain or the burning from the sauce. Wouldn't know which one was worse.

Well it only lasted about a half hour anyway and then it just didn't work again. Was regretting making the thread. But one drop of tabasco sauce isn't very hot, and I washed it down after a few seconds with milk anyway.

Awww too bad. You know I was just teasing. I really was glad it worked and wish it still worked for you. Have you been checked for a dry socket. You shouldn't be in great pain unless this is the situation. Go back to the doctor.

Yeah I did, long story. They kept giving me serious pain killers which worked for like 3 hours at a time. But I just figured out something much simpler. Apparently, IB Profin is a lot more effective than percacet. It's an anti-inflammatory, not just a pain killer. I wish the doctor told me that's all I needed, but I just finally figured it out for myself.
