It's been six weeks now since surgery and I've been trying to follow my doctor's orders to walk as much as possible every day. He wanted me to get walk between 5 and 6 miles a day.

Over the course of six week I built up to this distance without to much trouble. The catheter did slow me down. I had nothing but time anyways so a walking I went. On Monday however I returned to work, and woundered how I'm going to do this.

How many miles are you walking after surgery? and did you keep it up after returning to work?
