I got the Perfect Cleanse system and I will be trying out my first cleanse. This system allows it to work in the evenings so your day isn't disrupted. Something no one talks about is how this stuff comes out. Should I expect diarrhea, constipation? Anything different in that area? Did anyone ever feel sick, or off as this stuff came out of them? Can I expect my bowels to be off during the 10 day duration of using the cleansing product. Thanks, I am nervous, and I want to know what to expect before I take it.
