About 4 days ago I got a headache...I grind my teeth in my sleep so at first I assumed it was that so I used my night guard and took ibeprofen:confused, also have sinus problems so used my nasal spray. Neither worked went to the doctor on day 3 and she gave me a shot and some muscle relaxers.

Felt better today until tonight and all of a sudden it is back my head is killing me all over...eyes temples and jaw, head feels like it weighs 100 pounds, neck is sore, low grade fever and nausea.

Doctor said it sounded like a combo of Migraine, Tension and sinus. I just don't understand why it WONT GO AWAY!!

Any ideas?
