hi,I got my mri cd and am looking at it and I see on the flair images glowing white spots on the outer part of the brain and behind my eye, my appt is not until dec. 13 does anyone know what it means and what part of the brain that is??? I know I should not be trying to read it but I can't help it! Thank You,

Sallie, obviously I am NO doctor.. but I can say that they saw a couple on mine very similar to what you are describing and they told me it was from the severe migraines I have gotten for the last 10 years. I don't really know how they can tell that exactly.

I looked at my films too!! Not that I could see anything out of the ordinary but curiousity killed the cat!! LOL
I feel so bad for you having to wait a month to hear the results. Things are moving so quickly for me. I had a brain MRI Friday, spoke to the neuro on Tuesday. It was normal. Ordered an MRI of the T and C spine, was done today and I'll call tomorrow and see if he has the results yet. If not, I will definately know by Monday.
Can you call the Dr and ask if he can talk to you sooner? The wait would drive me crazy myself. It can't hurt to ask.
