I do take chelated mineral supplements, but not a full day's dose that the bottle recommends. I take one-third most days. At best it is unproven, and actually there is a whole lot of proof that show it does not work for most conditions that people have it for, and it has a genuine potential for actual harm. I have had it in 1994 and seen people with chest pains and extremely poor circulation -- cured as well as heavy metal poisoning. Many cases are well documented. |
