I have this incredible intolerance when it comes to cold weather or temperatures, I'm fine if I keep moving but when I rest in cold temps my feet become unbearably cold, my hands do as well as the tip of my nose, when I'm exposed to cold air, my hands become bright patchy pink/purple and that kinda goes up my arm a bit, the tips of my fingers get pretty white on the back but stay pink or red on the palm part, I have to keep my heater up to 75-80 degrees to be happy, and it still takes an hour or so to warm up my extremities but once they're warm, they feel like their burning a little, I've been tested for thyroid disorders and reynaud's syndrome, but nothing showed up, is it something I'm eating(or not eating?)?
