I'm really confused about the different kinds of sugars. Mainly, I'm wondering what fruit juice sweeteners are. Is fruit juice the same as fructose, and if so, is high fructose corn syrup like fruit juice sweeteners? Is one better for you than the other?
(I don't need any clarification on refined sugars, it's the one thing I did understand.)
Thanks!

The natural sugars in fruits are called fructose. If the juice is 100% juice, the sugars would be fructose.
High fructose corn syrup is corn syrup that has been processed. It is made by changing the sugar in cornstarch to fructose.
