I just recently lost 16 pounds through diet and exercise. But I have ALWAYS had "bathroom" issues. I'm one of those people who only has a bowel movement once or twice a week. I asked my doctor about this at my yearly and he said that what is normal for one person isn't for others. And that once a week may be all I need. Hogwash!! After taking sculpt and cleanse (I'm on month2), I don't have diarrhea or anything traumatic, I just go twice daily now versus twice weekly!! I have continued to lose weight (I went from 131-120 with diet and exercise) then started using Sculpt and Cleanse and was able to lose 7-8 more just by being regular. Not only that, but I feel energetic and everyone tells me that I look great. I went from a size 6 to a size 2. After having 4 kids ages 14-4 and turning 39 last month, I feel like I look better than I ever have. I really love this product. But my question is, can you use it long term? From what I've read, it doesn't seem to anything in it that would be harmful.

Started a new thread with this post, with reference to the original thread. Please do not reply to a 4-year-old thread. It really slows down the server. Thank you.

yes, you should ALWAYS be Eliminating what you eat. If you eat 2 (big) meals a day you need to be going 2 times a day. We do not grow from food, we grow from the energy food gives us. ( grow as in a child growing) if you do not. If that food just sits in your body, then yeah you will weigh more.
I have had the same thing happen to me, I get diarrhea all the time and a doctor said, the same thing, that this was normal for me, since it was all the time. But that is bull.
Scientist have proven that the food we eat is actually completely eliminated, the body should only be using the nutrients to live. All your body is meant to absorb is the nutrients from the food, the whole process of digesting the food is only breaking it down so you can take in the nutrients. The rest is eliminated.
It’s the same with plants. If you measure 5 pounds of soil for the plant to live in, plant a seed and feed 5 pounds of water, you can grow a large tree, from just the nutrients from the soil and the sun. Then take the plant out shake off all the soil form the roots, Wight the plant and it would be 50 pounds. Then weight the soil and it is still 5 pounds. The body is the exact same.

I just got Sculpt N Cleanse in last week - took it for four days, One tablet in the AM, one in the PM, and lost a few pounds, my tummy was super flat without all the horrible gas and stuff I usually get by the end of the day, and I felt great! I'm definately going to keep it on hand to use occasionally as I do sometimes get "bound up," and this was very gentle and subtle on my system.
