Hey everybody I had a pylinital cyst (spelling my be off) removed a year and a half ago and today I found out that I am going to need surgery again this december since the wound has not healed yet, and my surgeon says he wants to put me on a device called a wound vac. Has anybody used this before or know what it is suppost to do?
