Hi uhm I was wondering (this isn't a joke) but im 15 years old and I masterpate like 2 times a week and I am starting to fell this thing in my back that make me twitch alo in y back and my head keeps nodding everytime I walk. So does masterpating damage my nerves. Please tell me
