Female c7 quadriplegic

I woke up with blood on my pad from my priivate area.
But I'm not bleeding now.
I had a bed bath last night
& once before when they scrubbed hard I bleed there.
Just a little while.

I've had a partial hysterectomy.
Uterus gone, still have ovaries.
So it's not that.

I'm up in my chair now.

If it wasn't from being rubbed too hard.
(the tissue in that area is very delicate)

What could bleeding in that area mean?
Bright red & dark like it had been there awhile
Amount was like 3 tbls. quessing there
