Can someone help me please?...

I just got over a 3 week campylobacter food poisoning bug, which was dreadful, deyhyrated hospital to get rehydrated, was really bad.

I had the last stool test come back and was clear, also felt a lot better, except i think my bowel went the other way, i was expelling hard small pebble like stools, almost constipation. I didnt worry as i thought my bowel is just adjusting.

Last two days ive decided at almost bedtime to have some fruit n fibre, which is a bran based cereal. Its nice but today ive woekn up with terrible tummy ache again, and th efeeling like im going to get diarroreah again. I went to the toilet and it was a normal poo, not hard, not runny (Sorry).

But i feel nauseaus, and have stomach ache today and feel yuk. Do you think maybe i should leave off the bran n stuff until my tummy settles right down, its taken a battering for almost a month.

I'm fed up and worried something else may be wrong, ive had lots of blood tests done when i went into hospital and they said it was a nasty food poisoning bug.

Any suggestions please?
