I was changing into a vegan organic lifestyle about three years ago. Everything went well until about a month later i started developing hives all over my body. I was itching so bad, I went to different kind of doctors, but nobody could do much. I started to think that eating organic and mostly vegan food is actually bad for you but I didn't gave up and finally after three months my hives went away. Now I was visiting some family in another country and I ate things there I haven't eaten for years! Exactly one month after I got back to the States and back to my normal diet, I developed itching all over again. It's been a month now and it's really annoying. It doesn't let me sleep at night. Can this be a cleansing of my body? Something that need about one month to totally disappear of my body and my body misses it? I guess nobody knows... let me know if you do please! I eat some animal food one-two eggs a week and some alaskan salmon once a month... I eat 90% organic, lots of fruits and veggies, I exercise, do all I suppose to.

The problem is that you are allergic to something that you're eating. You need to see an allergist and once you know what you're allergic to you can avoid those foods.
Good luck

as bjlll said you are allergic to something. Start by eliminating certain food groups like citrus fruits (my sister use to get hives from too much C in citrus)
then if it doesn't go away try eliminating nuts instead
then if that isn't the problem try eliminating dairy instead
then if that isn't the problem try eliminating corn and wheat products.
Once you find the group try each one in the group individually til you find the one.
I am trying to switch to a healthier diet and have started by switching to sea salt and olive oil. Vegetable oils especially canola are bad for you.
