I think it stands for Invitro fertilization. The OP should log onto Cigna's website, or call Customer Service, but I think the odds are pretty good that it does not cover it, since it is a fertility procedure, and it seems like more and more insurance co's no longer cover those kinds of procedures.

Or, they may cover it, but only a percentage of it.
