I have been taking Suboxone and I have recently been put back on Seroquel, also I have recently been put on Lamictal. I have now been on the 3 of them together for a total of about 4 weeks and for the past week I am having chest pains and have been short of breathe. Could it be a reaction from mixing the three medicatons?

Anytime you have a side effect that causes chest pain or shortness of breath let your doctor know immediately. This is not the type of side effect to ignore and hope it passes.
