My jaw is stiff on the left side of my cheek up by my ear and it stiffens up alot when i try and chew food. it aches alot and i dont know why i have this. its getting worse and im worried i wont be able to enjoy my christmas dinner please help?

Are you stressin' out over something lately?
That should be a (serious) warning sign that you need to take care of yourself more at this time.
I overlooked little details like tension and stiffness when I was having the same problems as you are now - and those eventually led to MUCH MUCH bigger problems from which I'm suffering on a constant basis now. My problem at the time was too much stress and poor stress management skills - and if I knew better at the time... I would've taken all the necessary steps to eliminate that stress from my life so that it wouldn't cause any bigger problems like it did already.
So please pay attention to what your warning signs are and what you think is causing them.
