Certain Statin drugs like Lipitor or Zocor can cause this problem.

I am into this stuff having been biopsied 10 years ago. Inclusion Body Myositis. Wrongly categorized as "autoimmune" it is more like a metabolic imbalance of protein digestion at the intracellular mitochondrial level. I have been balancing it reasonably well. What enzyme???? Also, I'd like direct contact with other folks with this. It is fairly uncommon, too. Duncanguy
