Hello

Its my own fault.
I've had anorexia for over 20 years.

I'm desperate to increase my bone density, I'm taking RISEDRONATE SODIUM, Cal and Vit D, lifting weights at the gym and eating a diet that is rich in fish oils, and increasing my body weight.

Is there anything else I could do, that is missing, that anyone can recommend?

Hi granvill123, welcome to the board. It sounds like you are now doing the things to help your bones. Did you dr. give you any other suggestions on what to do? In addition to you fish rich diet are you including lots of dark green veggies, dairy, fruit and good carbs? At 33 you are still young enough to make improvements, but it will take time and effort..which you are now doing. In additon to lifting weights you'll want to do weight bearing exercises too like walking, jogging, climbing steps. If your near a place for hiking thats good too..the up and down on hills is very good for the hips or just find a hilly neighborhood to walk in. Good luck on your journey to good health, there are many very smart well informed people here that will be able to give you more good advice you. take care...phyllis
