Hi-
I don't know for sure what is swollen, but here about a week ago she started complaining of a "lump" behind her ear, but lower to the neck, it is firm, and very tender to the touch. What I can see online, this can be from being sick, which she has not been. I noticed that there is another smaller lump on the back of her neck, below the hairline. For the past 6 months she has complained of neck pains on a regular basis. I'm starting to get a little worried now that she has these lumps and is complaining of neck pain. Doctors aren't in until Monday, so thought I would start here first. Btw- she has no fever right now and is not compaling of anything else. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thank you.

It might or it might not be. You don't really know. Swollen lymph glands can also occur from a build up of Bacteria or an infection.
For what its worth when I was diagonosed the Lumps weren't painful at all nor did I have an fever. They were just...lumps...
So if they were sensitive to the touch there's a good chance it might be something else.
In any event, I hope everything turns out alright for you and your daughter.
