Hey there everyone, i have been all over these boards and i find myself comeing here because of possibilities of a few things. I feel like a freak mental nut comeing to some of these boards but only to find suggestions and support so i will tell my story and i might even belong on this thread after i find out a few things as craxy as this may seem here it goes! I started out having back pain a couple of years ago only to find nothing wrong test wise and then eventually starting having stomach problems along the way only to have a test done of my spine to find i had ovarian cysts. They were relatively big and complex was told by gyn no worries, but like i said before hand had stomach difficulties and cysts are still there and i keep getting the aching feeling in the upper left abdomin and tenderness all around, now i know this could be many things but i have had everything else under the sun checked. I also can feel like what feels like nodes in that area and a few over my body. The test i had done recently for the cysts say they could be maligimant but i know i have to yet still see the dr. and get his opionion. Meanwhile my doctor is saying possible ulcer in the abdomin but my dr is seeing me back sooner because she so courious to see what the gyn says. Now my question is could all my blood work came back normal with all this? It's just really sounding to me that i could have developed ovarian cancer in a short time and it has spread somewhere in the abdomin, does this sound crazy? I mean it would account for the painfull intercourse the nauseau, the sharp pains i get, sometimes diahrea, sometimes constipated, discolored feces, fatigue often ect. and the list goes on. I am really think the swollen abdomin is maybe the cause for the back pain as per Neuroligist or the cysts, althoug thier not that uge. So maybe someone can give me some insight? Not to mention i am getting very worried here as they can't give me no straight answers!
Love, Monkey

well, it definately could be ovarian cancer. But like you said it could be other things as well. As for the blood tests. Have you have them check your CA-125 level? they can do this with your blood. That is often-but not always- elevated when you have Ovarian cancer.

Good luck
