As for you, why be so ashamed? Oral sex is really common, and its probably going to be a lot easier just to be up front with the doctor about it than beat around the bush and have him guessing whats going on.

I don't know what's happening either. Your doctor is the best one to figure that out, but he can only do that if he has all the facts. So, tell him. Might be you just had strep twice, total coincidence. Or it might be your boyfriend has a serious, treatable disease that either he doesn't know about or for some reason is avoiding treatment for.
