I do, but mines horrible because on top of my Generalized Anxiety Disorder and depression, I have Vasovagal syncope which is pass out spells. I have a constant fear of passing out and it's very overwhelming but just know that you WILL NOT pass out and if you do you must prevent those symptoms from happening once they hit again. Try self-talk, it's hard I know as I am not very good at it either, but it works for a lot of people and also you need the meds. they will relieve that feeling and have you feeling good for a couple of hours. Your are not the only one out there. I suffer from this everyday and it's out of control, I've almost known i'm going to pass out but haven't from anxiety yet. Some people have passed out from it and it's very scary but as long as you take your meds and talk yourself out of it you will not collapse. I've passed out over 20 times from my syncope but none from the anxiety. You will not pass out you will be fine. keep in touch.

I actually passed out this weekend. Black friday at that infront of like a million people. I hadn't eaten breaktfast which didn't help matters. I started feeling dizzy, and then I started to panic and the boom.
My feeling on this is, so what if you pass out. Whats the worse thing that could happen. You get up and keep going. My anxiety has been back, and letting it stop you only makes the agrophobia worse. You need to test yourself on your limits until you have none. Desensitize yourself by getting out a little at a time until you feel comfortable. I did that all day today, trying to get back into the swing of things.
I know how you feel though, when I first started having my panic attacks, I was diagnosed with panic disorder and couldn't leave my room for 5 months. it was horrible. The only advice is just keep going. Nothing will happen to you.
