I passed out in best buy on black friday and busted up my nose. It was so scary. I was waiting in line to buy a camera and started feeling really hot, then I started to panic and had to get outside for air. Well on my way out, I was running I blacked out and ran into a wall and then passed out. I am 11 weeks pregnant and stupid me didn't eat breaktfast. I'm guessing thats what did it. But since then, I am having problems with my anxiety now. I went to the bank yesterday and was in line behind someone. Then someone pulled behind me, I freaked out and started having a panic attack. I couldn't even stay after the car infront of me left, I just left too. I know its mind over matter, but passing out really freaked me out, and now Im afraid to go anywhere. It sucks!

Yes it does! You are correct in not eating will contribute, but let alone Black Friday, in a store with frenzied customers, is enough to make anyone uncomfortable and hot.

So now the feeling of the previous day has trickled over to the next, the feeling of not being able to escape, drive thru's are like cattle lined up being led to the slaughter.-I experience the same as you, best way I can deal with it, (although uncomfortable) is when I am coming up in line behind someone, I allow more space than usual between us, I mean, the person who will pull up behind me is not going to get to the teller any quicker being 2 inches off my bumper. But it allows me to breathe, to not feel constricted. I do the same at the 2ft wide aisle in the grocery store, I am not up on their cart, I stand in front of mine with the cart behind me, so I can move, glance at a magazine, able to actually bend over to put my items on the checkout. To give a subtle hint to the ones who are behind me, I lean over my cart, and rest my arms, and my body is at a 6:10-6:15 time position-it my subtle way of saying goodness sake, must you cage me in and run into my heels of my feet, so you can grab the stupid stick to start loading your milk, bread and 20 items on the last 6 inches left on the checkout. I have never gotten a honked horn, or one comment from doing this, yet. If I did, I wouldn't change a thing, I'd probably tell them a few things that really didn't wish to hear, let alone the other shoppers.

Hang in there!

LOL Those are some really good idea's! I think I am going to start trying them. I did manage to get to the bank this afternoon. Then I went inside walmart and walked around a little bit to try and desensitize myself a little. I didn't buy anything though, just wanted to try to get back into the swing of things. As I was walking around, I started feeling panicy and headed right for the door, then I self talked myself into staying and walking around a little bit longer. It felt ok. Hopefully things get better for me. Im afraid of all this anxiety's effects on the baby.
