Well first off, I ride dirt bikes and am 17 years old. After riding for long periods of time, I can barely let go of the handlebars without having a lot of pain.. Its like my hands just clamp to the bars and form to it making the release of the handlebars very painful.. When I quit riding, I open and close my hands several times and then it doesn't hurt anymore. So what can I do to cure this problem? I know just opening and closing my hands once in a while would probably work but when you get riding you forget about it until it happens again.. Any ideas?

Don't grip tighter than necessary, and keep your shoulders loose, and don't ride too long without a break. That's just what happens when a part of your body is tense and not moving for too long.
