i heard on the news that there might be a small pox attack. I dont know too much about that but i know a lot of people died from it in the olden days.
how just do people attack with that? is there ne thing we should all be aware of?

Smallpox has been erradicated, so it is very unlikely that people could attack with it.
The only way anyone could possibly do that is by trying to break into one of the secure labs that store lethal viruses and bacteria where they work on them. These are Level 3 security and keep such diseases as Ebol virus, Anthrax, HIV, Hepatitis, E.Coli and others. These places are something like Porton Down, which is owned by the Ministry of Defence in England, but they are highly secure, so it is a very unlikely event.

All that is, is "psychological terrorism", if someone wanted to use smallpox (breaking into a secure location), they would have done it already BEFORE security got so tight.
Besides, I would think terrorists would use things like anthrax, west nile virus, etc (things NOT transmitted human to human), because by using smallpox they risk killing off the people in their OWN country and their surrounding allies! (with plane travel and all, it's EASILY transported to other countries).
