I read about protein, creatine and amino acids etc. But is there a supplement that weight trainers should have to maintain good health.

Food and water. Seriously. Aside from getting enough calories and protein, there really isn't anything special.

Thanks you saved me some money. I think it was the low calories that made me so tired at the gym. I was at 258 in March then 220 in October but now am gaining weight. So I cut back eating. I do not see the muscles but every tells me thats causing the weight gain. I am now 228.
