Not sure if this is the right thread to post this in, if not could someone point me in the right direction.
I have problems with excessive catarhh in my throat, really irritating, and i am just getting to the 'fed up' point now!
Unfortunately, im on blood pressure meds, so i have to watch what i take with them, but does anyone know of a good cure for catarhh problems, preferably something 'alternative' that wouldnt interfere with my meds.
