I have this small bump on the inside of my lower lip.
It is not painful. It is clear/light colored. I have tried popping it to get rid of it but it keeps coming back. When I pop it a clear sometimes thick liquid comes out.
What could this be? Help!!! I am very nervous about this.

You need to see the doc and get this checked out. Also as I said in response to your post elsewhere do not pop it as this can spread the bacteria and cause more problems.
