I have just had patch testing done for allergy testing.I am waiting for knee replacements,as I suffer from osteoarthritis, but I suffer from depression sometimes severe. One of the allergies apparently is cobalt of which vitamin B12 is mentioned I would like to know please if this has anything to do with depression.

I take venlafaxine 75g 4 times a day, and seroquel 1 tablet at night. I am really not sure what foods to avoid? or whether any medication has vitamin B12 in it.
