Sometimes me head feels like it is spinning and I get very dizzy when I am lying down.
I have noticed it usually happens when I am lying on my side with my eyes closed. My head just starts spinning. It will stop if I raise my head and move.
It doesn't do it all the time. Or if i stare at something for too long like typing on and looking at the computer screen like I am now my head starts feeling strange and I start getting dizzy and have to move to get it to stop.
Does this sound strange or has anyone else every had this problem?
I also had tinnitus is my ears and have had it for a long time. Didnt know if that has anything to do with it or not.

The tinnitus may or may not be connected but this needs to be checked out by your doc. Go in to see the doc and get this taken care of then lets us know what they find out.

See a good ear, nose and throat doc. Many things can cause dizziness, but what you are describing sounds like an inner ear disorder. Meniere's disease, vestibular neuronitis, labyrinthitis, and BPPV can all cause those types of symptoms. Keep a journal of your symptoms. What makes it better/worse? What were you doing when you had an episode? The more detailed you are with your symptoms the better diagnosis you can get. Good luck, and God bless.
