There are quite a few that impair name recognition, or recognition of objects and the ability to name them; but that would seem to me more of a degenerative brain disease than a neurological condition. You might try a search of dementia, Huntington's Chorea, Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), Alzheimers disease, etc. Hope this helps, and further hope you are asking on behalf of someone else:).
