well i haven't posted in weeks.. but we have been ttc for about 2 yrs now anyway found out i'm not ovulating. so i decided to try accupunture (i wasn't convensed ) any way i ovulated!! the nurse said the dr. feels that if it is (my progestrone) is above 10 then it is viable and mine was 18 !!!(in the months past my progestrone has only been 0.65 ... i'm very excitted i really think it was the accupunture!!also i have started drinking green tea that is naturally decaffinated, I guess i,m going to keep going to the accupunture!!maybe we will have great news this christmas!!

congrats! I am so happy for you....there's another thread going on now regarding acupunture. I hope you get the BFP that you have been waiting for. I personally have not tried acupunture, but it sounds great. I might have to try it!

Hey Ladybuggy! That is great news! What a huge obstacle you appear to have overcome! I can just feel your joy... Crossing my fingers that a BFP is next for you in this journey!

Great to see accupuncture is working for you, I have just started it myself and after years of having high blood pressure (usually 145/90), she took my blood pressure last week and I was so surprised to see it at 117/87. Im so glad that you are ovulating and your progesterone levels look better, but it does make me wonder about mine as my levels a week after ovulation were 45 does thats seem too high to you? My nurse said it was good and they like to see levels around 40. All this IF stuff is confusing. Anyway I wish you all the best and hope to see you posting your BFP very soon.

Thanks , i have an app. on the 10th to talk with the dr. and have an exam.i'm going to keep drinking the tea and going to the accpuncture and hope i ovulate next month!! soo i can't find the thread on accupunture i must be looking right at it:confused:
cashahn , that is great about your bp!!i'm not sure what the progestrone numbers are i just know my dr. thinks above 10 is viable :) mine was 0.65 and now 18 . on day 20-24 so i don't know about after IF if the numbers would be the same but 45 sounds really great to me?good luck to you to :)

Cashahn - 45 sounds like a great number! My RE's office also likes to see anything above 10. They said that everyone is different - one month mine was around 15 and one month it was in the 60's. So, that sounds great!
