I was recently diagnosed with herpes (I think). My test is confusing. I have read through a lot of other comments and numbers are mentioned but my test did not come with numbers. I am confused on what my test mean, if anyone out there can help me understand what it mean please let me know.

My test is as read:

HSV 1 IGG, EIA VALUE- POSITIVE (*) RANGE- NEGATIVE-
HSV 2 IGG, EIA VALUE-POSITIVE (*) RANGE- NEGATIVE-

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS MEAN ... PLEASE HELP?

You need the values, if they are over 1.1 it's positive. .90 - 1.10 is equivocal, whatever that means.
