I have noticed a red area below my penis head, its been there for about two months now. I also noticed a hard bump on the side of my head, i popped it to find it was filled with yeast. Not really a external bump but on the inner skin below my penis. I do not have any blisters or cold sores but just red irrated skin. my glands were swollen for a while after I first noticed the irrated skin, they stopped swelling except for one on the back of my neck. please help
