I have PCOS. My RE put me on clomid 100 mg the first time and when i did not ovulate she upped my dosage to 200 mg of clomid. I haven't started yet as I have to induce my period with Provera first. DH has abnormal morphology with 20% oval shaped sperm and has been ordered another analysis. We both want a baby at this time and the entire process is stressing me out. Can someone help with advice? Can we become pregnant?:confused:

Hi dearest!! I'm not sure what to tell you about your husband's problems, as our IF issues are with me. But I have/had? PCOS as well! I'm not quite sure if I still have it... a couple of weeks ago, I had ovarian drilling, which gets rid of the affected part of the ovaries, and stimulates ovulation.... that was what my doctor said was best for me :)

I just want to tell you that you can most definitely get pregnant. it may take time, and it WILL take patience. I'm not going to sugarcoat that one, it's just the truth. It will take a lot of patience, but it will happen. :angel: We are here for yo when you are happy, when you are scared, when you are hopeful, and when you are in despair. Your words are so calming... it gives me a new surge of hope to continue along the path... Has your Dr put you on metformin as well?

My suggestion is to throw DH on Vit C and E, that may help his "boys". It may be a good idea to try IUI with his issues, that way they can wash them out and only use the good ones to inject. BUT, that cant be done until they find out a good mix for you to get you Oing. Maybe ask about Femara, its had a little better results with pcosers than clomid.

Just to give u some hope. My DH had only 12% normal morph. and I was put on 100 mg of clomid and got a bfp!! Since my dh had a high count, 12% was considered alot of normal ones! Does your dh have a high count? Hope this helps!;)

My dh had NO motility and some abnormal morph...........I had twins........
Get two opinions if you end up having problems.........I had GIFT
