I heard bilberry and luetin help the eyes out alot and keep them healthly. Should I buy them seperately or in a combined form? Because I found this product called Nature Star Vision Support Complex.
Ingredients
Per Softgel: Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) 12,500 IU; Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 250 mg; Vitamin E (d-Alpha Tocopherol) 200 IU; Copper (Oxide) 2 mg; Zinc (Oxide) 25 mg; Lutein (Ester) 3 mg; Bilberry Extract 25 mg; Borage Oil 50 mg; Rice Bran Oil; Gelatin; Glycerin; Beeswax; Lecithin; Water; Caramel (Color)
I was wondering if this is any good or no?
Thanks, any other advice is good too. :)

my mom takes Lutein, also preservision
she tried bilberry and she had MORE problems with her eyes, so she stopped that.
IMO the vitamin you're asking about doesn't have much Lutein, my mom takes Lutein seperately, 40 mg......I don't think 3 mg will do darn near anything.

Take a good quality multi (Twinlab Daily One for example) and one of the eye specific supplements, such as Occuvite
