View Full Version : Is a pox mark likely to become skin cancer? blueish tint to it inside

my husband, 37 yo, went to dermo yesterday to have a mole removed between his eyes and they also removed an indented scar that was a bit blueish on the inside of it...it was always thought that it was a chicken pox mark as he's had it for years! we never noticed it being a different color-a bit graysih blue and no odd patterns or spots just a pox mark and the inside is just off color. she did a biopsy on that one too. should i be concerned? what's the likelihood of a melonoma or any other skin cancer forming in an indented scar...rather than a mole? no change, no itch, no irritation on this spot above his brow....but i'm still scared!
