This is my 2nd cycle TTC and charting. Last cycle I had super sore nipples for 2 days that coincided with a clear temperature rise, so I knew approximately when I ovulated. This cycle, I've had increasingly sore nipples for over a week (started as a tingling and then became very painful to touch), but no temperature rise. Could I have ovulated without seeing a temperature rise? Are there other causes for super sore nipples? I don't recall having pain like this before, but I was on the pill for several years so I don't know what's normal for me. My cycles post pill have been really long, so I started charting just to have some clue when I ovulate and when I should expect AF (or a BFP!). Thank you!

Many women do have sore nipples when the time of ovulation has occured but it is not a sign that you have ovulated for sure.
Many women feel different things around the time of ovulation.
I, myself also have sore nipples but also have nausa as well.
I would say keep track of your cycles and see what signs and symptoms of when you ovulate.
