I suffer from anxiety, I have talked to my Dr. and he feels that an anitdepressant is what I need short term. I am very against them..not particular reason and I don't have a problem with others taking them I just don't feel they are for me. I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, with medication it isn't a problem I get it taken daily and it is never high. The Dr. says that if I get the anxiety under control, I probalby won't have bood pressure issues.
My friend swears by B-50, she had axiety issues in the past and notices a great difference with the vitamins.
Can any one tell me if they have had similar experience?
