41 yo female. left node going up and down. I noticed it several months ago. It is not hard, more "puffy". Some pain close to it but the actual place itself is not painful. Fever off and on, chronic infections. Nurse at work said probably a fatty tumor. Should I be worried?

If it really bothers you, and you want to set your mind at ease, I think I'd go to an ENT (Ear, Eyes, Nose & Throat) Doctor.
They specialize in problems like your's.

Have you noticed it anywhere else?

When I first noticed my lump on my collar bone I realized there were more then one popping up (Around the various lymph glands around then)

Its hard to tell a tumor shouldn't feel squishy or "puffy" its more something solid.

So I don't think you should worry too toomuch about cancer but the chronic infections and fever would have me worried..and if its persisted for several months I'd definitely see a doctor! Your health is important!
