I have a very bad allergy problem with my noes and eyes. As long as I take my prescription I am fine. However, this past week has been a constant allergy attack. I didn't know how this happened.
So I was reading a magazine that I had received earlier that week. When I turned a page about in the middle of the magazine, I saw a big, fat cologne add with a sample on it. That one stupid add was making my whole house allergen central. I was pretty mad and threw it outside and I instantly became better.
I looked through my magazine stack and about one-fourth of them had a cologne/perfume sample page in it. So my advice to you, if you have similar problems, would be to put your magazines outside some how or just get them away from you.

There's supposed to be a way to tell the publisher not to include those in your copy...don't know how it works but several people have told me that...I've just never taken time to investigate as I remove all cards, pull outs, perfumes,etc from mine before i read them.
