Hi pedkerr. Sometimes low magnesium can cause twitching. I suggest getting your level checked. It is an easy blood test.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Pedkerr,
Your twitching certanially can be caused by low magnesium. I take that for mine. I Do have MS. Just because your mum has it, doesnt neccesary mean you will have it. There should be symptoms of other things.
Defenitly get to yr doctors, at least to rule a few things out.
I know with my family as soon as one of them get a sleepy foot or a numb finger they call me in a panic wondering if they have MS too. Dont worry yrself yet.
I hope yrs is magnesium prob, easily fixed with meds. Blood test wont show MS but can rule out other things.
Keep posted on how you go.
