Cute poem Oasis! I hope it was cathartic for you. I tried writing a response to one of your posts before, but seems the moderator didn't like part of it and instead of taking out that one part he/she just erased thee whole thing!

Well, I don't remember what I wrote exactly except the part that the moderator didn't like, lol. I mentioned there is an online message board for ozone therapy that I asked to be a part of and now receive messages from members and I post my own questions. I asked a question regarding treating herpes with an ozone generator and someone else did too. The short of it is that the ozone doctor who answers the questions recommended that anyone with genital herpes use a funnel at the base of the spine and attach the ozone tube to it and do this 5x/week for about 30 minutes a session. I had asked whether vaginal insufflation 5x/week for 30 min would be a good strategy of eradicating it and he said yes, but I should add another 30 min of funneling to the base of the spine to get to its hiding spot. He recommended that this protocol be followed until one stops having OBs and then continue after that for another 3 months and the virus should likely be eradicated. Since you and I suffer from such frequent OBs we should know quite quickly when we stop suffering from OBs.

It sounds as though the Extra Virgin Coconut Oil stopped working for you? It seems to be working great for me so far! I was battling a little more with it when I was taking a different brand, and then around Thanksgiving I bought a new brand that I could tell immediately helped even better! I am still taking just the supplement form. I now take a brand called "Health Support" and the name is called "Coconut Oil Diet." I don't know if it's helping me loose weight too, but that would be a bonus! It's made from cold press extra virgin unrefined organic coconut oil, 3000 mg in 3 soft gels. I take about 6-8 of them a day with food. I bring it with me to work and take the first 3 about 10-11 am. Then I may take another 2 around lunch time if I feel the slightest bit of symptoms. Then I take another 3 with dinner. I even have my period now and I feel great! There is still one spot that seems to always feel a little tender, but that's it. It seems to be the always recurring spot whence everything originates. I have only been taking other supplements here and there, just regular stuff, but not much, so I know it's the coconut supplements that are making the difference. Another bonus that may be attributable to it is that this month I haven't had ANY cramps or most other PMS symptoms! I got my period in the morning at work and never felt a twinge of pain all day, and the first day is usually the roughest for me. Anyway, it could be coincidental, but I normally suffer from at least a couple hours of lower back and pelvic cramping, but NONE at all this month! I wasn't especially moody, maybe just a little more ready to cry, but no bad mood or depression and my face didn't break out and no big cravings. These things I suffered with very badly the last few months around the time of my period, but not this month! I will keep taking it to see if everything keeps going this well.

Oh yeah, one other thing that burns a lot when I apply it to a sore, but helps it heal faster is liquid oxygen. The sore gets a whitish scab over it within a few minutes of applying it.

I still plan on getting the ozone generator, just waiting for it to go on sale again! How about you?

glad to touch base again...... Before posting the poem,....I was actually thinking of posting to you about how it was going with both the coconut oil and the oxygen.........so good to hear from you about these two already !

I am very glad to hear that coconut oil is something that is really working for you since you have been seeking something to work all this while ...hey for you, this is calls for a mini celebration !

I didn't get any OBs while on the coconut oil......... just some tingling........then I got lax with the oil cause I wanted to see whether the OBs would come back without it. Plus I got really depressed over some acne on my face and I had plenty of chocolates totally forgetting that chocs have alot of arginine and are a no-no !
That's when I started the OB cycle.........I haven't been regular with
the cocnut oil still ..........but today after reading your post and others at another forum, it seems like I must attribute those OB free weeks to the coconut oil i was taking then ! And it is very important that what ever form it is taken in, it must have lauric acid .

You know, I did read alot of other feedback about coco-oil on another herpes specific forum. Quite a few others have claimed that it does really keep OBs at bay. So I'll say hurray ! (today I'm in a rhymey mood ;)
And yeah there was positive feedback by whosoever had tried O therapy........some did the ozone machines at home, others did 40 hyperbaric oxygen treatments (HBOT) while others took O capsules. But all of them claimed that it stopped or greatly reduced OBs...........
Initially after reading the inevitable sceptics, I was worried about the O therapy doing more harm than good..........but I am dedicated to experimenting within caution until I find a combo that really boxes the hell out of this virus......

Thank you so much for the info u gave on how to do the ozone thing.........I am so looking forward to this........In the next few days I'll post whatever else I learnt.....

P.S ..I sent a lengthy , heartfelt email to the CEO of AURX detailing my whole ordeal and asking to know when the next trials would take place, so that I might be able to participate.........Well he finally did respond ! ...saying that they had found a licensing partner... Paramount Biosciences and that these guys were moving towards commercialisation. then on the net I found some more info..apparently Paramount will work towards holding trials in the US so that they can bring it to the US market........

All in all, if Paramount does start working on this vaccine thru more trials that would be great news. I might even sign up to participate in the phase 2 or phase 3 trials if phase 1 in the US goes well.

Antigenics is another firm which will start clinical trials within the next few months in the US for their therapeutic vaccine............

Just knowing these things is making me feel more optimistic :)
